If we fail to meet YOUR service expectations as your floor and mat supplier, please write me. If we have not resolved your concerns to YOUR satisfaction within thirty (30) days, we will:

• Refund you 30 days of service.
• Service you at no cost for thirty (30) days while you find a new supplier.
